  Curious about meditation but don't know where to start? Join us for this 4-week series where you'll learn the How & Why of meditation.

 

Each week will cover a different topic and a meditation practice. No experience is needed and you don't have to sit cross legged!

Week 2: Meditation vs. Mindfulness

                   Loving kindness meditation

Week 3: Mantras, Mudras, & Malas: Yogic Traditions

                  Chanting meditation

Week 4: Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

                  MBSR meditation & journaling

    Daphne recently completed her 200-hour Meditation Teacher Certification to complement the training she received as a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher.
