Books and other materials may be borrowed from other libraries. We have access to libraries all around Ohio. When material becomes available, the patron will be notified either by phone, mail or email. The patron will have nine days to pick up the item. Patrons may also request materials from outside the SEO library system. These services are FREE and always available.
